I build car businesses with people at their centre.
Over the past years I have launched two dealerships specialising in premium cars. Today I am building Clara Carros in Portugal around one core idea: a premium customer experience should not depend on the price of the car.
Buying a used car often feels complicated and risky: you have to get to grips with technical details, paperwork, prices, a car's history and dozens of other things the average person simply doesn't want to become an expert in.
So my job is to build a system that takes that complexity off your shoulders. We start with the person: we understand their lifestyle, needs and expectations, translate them into the language of car specifications, bring in experts, and make the buying process as transparent and clear as possible.
Because a good car isn't necessarily the most expensive or the newest one. It's the one that fits comfortably and safely into your life.
